At Grailed Locker, we stand by the quality of our curated fashion pieces and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are eligible for store credit only.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Grailed Locker account and select the specific order from your history to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
